Are you a compassionate and reliable care professional? We’re recruiting a Female Complex Care Assistant to provide 1:1 care for an individual with complex needs in their own home. 

🏡 The Role

• Deliver high-quality 1:1 care, supporting both clinical and emotional needs

• Help the individual feel safe, included, and empowered at home

• Work closely with the family and healthcare professionals

🩺 Specialist Training 

You’ll receive training and competency sign-off in:

• Tracheostomy care

• Ventilation 

• Oral and Tracheal Suctioning

• Enteral Feeding

• Oxygen therapy

• Medication Administration

🌟 About You

• Complex care experience required

• Kind, patient, and dependable

• Confident working independently and within a wider care team

• Keen to learn and develop new clinical skills

• Comfortable in a pet-friendly home
